Cancellation Policy

Easy Exit Movers LLC Terms & Conditions of Service Effective Date: November 10, 2025 These terms govern all services provided by Easy Exit Movers LLC for Eviction Cleanouts, Storage Clean Outs, Junk Hauling, and Local Moving. By booking or receiving service, you agree to the following: 1. Quotes & Service Estimates - All quotes are based on the information provided by the client at the time of booking. - Final pricing may vary due to actual load size, time, number of movers needed, disposal costs, access conditions, or added services. - Quotes do not include disposal/dump fees unless stated. - Estimates are valid for 7 days. 2. Deposits & Payments - A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your service. - Deposits are applied toward your final balance. - The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of service. - Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, debit/credit card. - We do not accept personal checks. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling - 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. - Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. - Reschedules are permitted with advance notice and subject to availability. 4. Eviction Cleanouts - We do not enter properties until proper legal notice or court-ordered access is confirmed. - Our team will remove furniture, trash, appliances, and personal items to designated curbside, dumpster, or haul-away as requested. - Any hazardous materials or biohazards must be disclosed prior to service. 5. Storage Unit & Property Cleanouts - Property owners or managers must be present or provide access. - We remove unwanted contents from units, garages, basements, or properties as directed. - You must confirm in writing what should be removed or left behind. - Unsorted or hazardous material may result in additional charges or service refusal. 6. Junk Hauling Services - We haul non-hazardous items such as furniture, appliances, debris, boxes, and general junk. - Pricing is based on volume, weight, time, and location. - Oversized or heavy item handling may require additional charges. - Dump/disposal fees may apply depending on materials hauled. 7. Local Moving Services - Clients are responsible for packing and securing items unless packing services are included. - We are not responsible for unboxed, loose, or fragile items unless properly packed. - Furniture should be emptied prior to the move. - Access issues (e.g., stairs, elevators, narrow paths) must be disclosed in advance
